Crossed Bones - Linoleum Hand Print
4in x6in linoleum India ink hand print on cardstock
essentially, I roll out ink and get it nice and fine with this roller stick thats looks like it could be used for rolling out pizza dough. I use the roller-dough to spread ink across a hand-carving I completed over a thick rubber mat using a woodcarving knife. Once the rubber face is inked I flip it over and press it as firmly as I can onto a lightly thick cardstock without distorting the image. Every print is unique and carry its own characterists, imperfections and perfections.
(...psssst! between me and you - I'll make sure you get the best one)

Artist tip: Secure the linoprint to a 8inx8in matte paper backing, so it can be framed as a square - approximate size would be as pictured in image #1.
